OREO cheesecake =)

D INGREDIENTS:

1. mcvities digestive biscuits ( 1 pack kecil dah mencukupi )

2. 1/2 buku butter

3. 3 sudu kecil gelatin ( i guna brand halagel )

4. satu setengah sudu besar lemon

5. 2/3 cawan gula kastor

6. 250g cream cheese

7. 300ml whipped cream

8. 1/2 pack biskut oreo

CARA-CARA :

1. firstly, tumbuk2 biskut digestive sampai hancur n gaulkan dgn butter yg telah dicairkan. normally, i used mortar n pestle a.k.a lesung batu utk hancurkan biscuits.hik2..=p

2. lpstu masukkan adunan tadi ke dlm loyang n mampatkan sebab nk jadikan base n ltk dlm fridge.

3. then, by using mixer, mix cream cheese n gula kastor

4. bila dah agak2 kembang, masukkan lemon, gelatin n oreo yg dh dihancurkan jgk. ( oreo tu masukkan dgn cream skali tau..so oreo tu x payah la hancur sgt. )

5. dalam bekas yg lain, mix whipped cream sampai dia jadi kembang.

6. campurkan kedua-dua adunan tadi n mix kan.

7. lastly, masukkan dlm loyang tadi n sejukkan.

8. DONE!!! =)

senang je kan...nak tengok hasilnya x???...say yes plzz....heee

ok! harini nak citer pasal my dad's bday celebration...actually bday abah 16/12 n kitorg pegi celebrate on d 17th tapi lmbt update sbb niat asyik x kesampaian je...dh beribu kali nak update tapi asyik tertangguh..YES!...harini berjaya hapedate...hehe..

so, memandangkan hubby outstation n siblings yg lain x free so me, abah, mama n adik went out for a dinner to celebrate my dad's bday...mula2, mama n i dah plan nak blanje abah sbb slalu pun abah je yg blanja. since it's a special day for abah both us dah korek tabung awal2 lagi nk blanja abah..ada la kot dlm satu guni duit syiling kami...hehe..ok tipu je! =p...

tapi, last2 skali abah jgk yg nk byr...isk2..x kesampaian niat nk blanja abah...TQ ABAH!...we love u very much...semoga Allah panjangkan umur dan murahkan rezeki abah!..n semoga hidup abah diberkati Allah sentiasa...AMINNNNN!!

so, before pegi restaurant tu kitorg pegi alamanda dulu sbb nak pegi maxis dkt alamanda..do u know that maxis one club offers HTC FLYERS and MOTOROLA XOOM 3G @ rm299 together with signing a 2- year value plus plan...so dengan semangat kesukanan kitorg pun pegi la maxis alamanda nak cari tablet ni tapi sungguh menghampakan sebab dh xde stok..actually, sebelum ni my dad dah cari dkt maxis pyramid tapi hbs jgk..huuu....murah teramat so mesti org berebut2 nak kan...termimpi2 i tau tapi xpe la xde rezeki agaknya...hehe...baru2 ni my dad pegi cari dkt maxis bkt tinggi plak tapi hbs jgk..menangis keluar air mata darah..='(...cet, over btul!....hehe...sadly d offer ends today..31/12/2011....xpe2...sbar alya sbar...pujuk diri sendiri....hehe

oooopppsss...dah terbang jauh sgt ni..nak citer psl bday abah dah melalut sampai ke africa..eyh, ade ke?..alamanda je kot..hehe..so..after pegi alamanda tanpa membuang lemak eyh silap..tanpa membuang masa kitorg terus pegi mamam...yumsss!!!...meleleh ayaq liuq..hehe..=p

for those yg x pernah pegi cni lagi its totally recommended tau...so far dah pegi 2 kali n memang x menghampakan la....n dh jadi abah's fav..hehe...pegi frst time trus jatuh chenta wooo!

n mine bbq chicken pasta...sedap tapi jd x best mkn sebab pedas terlampau...berasap telinga, hidung semua...sambil mkn sambil nangis sbb pedas...heee...terpaksa share2 mkn dgn org lain sbb i ni mmg x tahan pedas so mmg x bley nak mkn la pasta tu...bila mama rasa pun dia ckp super hot n spicy!..for those yg teramat ske pedas bley la order pasta ni...=)

then we had ice cream for dessert!

abaikan muka yg mcm alien ni....kalau alien jumpa mesti trus mengaku kawan dia....muka excited terlampau dpt mkn ice cream setelah kepedasan teramat..hehe

lepastu kitorg terus pulang dan sambung perjalanan atas katil plak...hehe...pegi dreamland la apa lagi...=p

hehe...actually, one of my friends got married n alhamdulillah i had the chance to meet her on her BIG day...she was so gorgeous in her wedding dress...i love d FOOD very much n d DECORATION was beyond words .....happy for u dear!

hehe...i went out with my BFF lorrrr....=)...teman her to buy bday present for her bf n also had our gossip session n chit chatting non- stop like mokcik2 kepoh yg tengah beli ikan sambil senseng lengan baju sebab nak tunjuk gelang2 yg berlapis2 sampai siku....ahahaha...NONSENSE!...

SO, mirra n i knew each other since we were in standard fve but jadi bestflen sejak form 2 lorrr...hee...owh, i love her very much....kalau korng nak tau im d only girl in my family n mirra pun same tau soooo we are like sistaaaa yaaww!..hehe..our fav colour is PINK!..so masa skolah2 dulu barang kitorng semua pink n same design...from pencil case to bag to clohes to accessories semua pun nak PINK!..hehe..funny je...mcm pink panther pun ada..masa pegi matrix lagi la..baju kurung sama,kasut sama, bag sama...semua org dh igt kitorg ni twins juz dat she's tall n im short..ahaha...

SO, lepas habis matrix mirra gi bandung to continue her study in medic...sob2!...sdey =(...but everytime mirra balik kitorg pun dating..kadang2  x dpt jumpa sbb i bz with assignments or exams....until now kitorng still dating n gossip2 sama2 lagi...cuma barang2 je dh x sama like b4..hehe...but i still LOVE u like b4 darling..=)

sapa suke mkn durian dkt cni??...SAYA!..hehe...skang ni tgh musim durian so bley dikatakan durian tu dh jd mcm mknan ruji la..hehe..tak2...for those yg ada darah tinggi x bley mkn durian bnyk2 sgt tau...so mkn ckit sekadar nak rasa bley je...hee..

durian ni from Perak..my hubby beli masa dia ada training dkt sana..its finger licking GOOOOODDD =p

ini nama dia pulut durian...my mom masak coz its my dad's favourite...durian makan dengan pulut, santan n gula sikit...mmmmmm.....yummeh!

p/s : tips kalau nak hilangkan bau durian dkt tangan lepas makan durian korang amik kulit durian n basuh tangan guna air yg dialirkan daripada kulit durian tu ok....=)

so....bile dah puas amik pics, trus roger abg Jeff.. Rupenyer, die mmg dah terpacak dkt luar dari awl lg.. sbb dkt situ bley parking... so, smpt la tgk die bru bgn tido... cian plak tgk die... hehe... msuk2 van je, abg Jeff trus tny xnk pegi ke dkt kapal atas bangunan tu?? kteorg diam je... (padahal dlm hati sume gayat.... hahaha...) so, my mom trus tny tmpt len mane lg best... tgh borak2, tbe2 smpai la dkt satu jambatan ni...

haaa... kalau korg nk tau.. ni la jambatan mase arwah p.ramlee melarikan diri... (dalam cite madu tiga)

 yg naik keter putih tu... hehe... dua kali lalu.. dua kali jgk la abg Jeff cite... so, kteorg layan jela... =P

berhampiran dgn jambatan ni, abg Jeff trus parking... die suruh trun... die ckp, pegi la bahagian seberang sana... die siap bg direction jln kaki... kteorg pun ikut je... dlm perjalanan tu, terjumpe segerombolan org jepun... actually student skolah jepun yg tgh bwt lawatan... respect btul sbb dieorg siap pkai bju skolah, tp kasut colorful... mayb dkt sane xstrict sgt psl kasut... tp first time jumpe dieorg berpakaian mcm tu, coz slame ni jumpe dlm tv je... hehe... habis mencelah dari kalangan student2 jepun ni, tbe2 ternampak bf bru i... =P

taraaa... hehe... tanpa segan silu, trus amik pic dgn die... tp ni anak die je...

ok, time is running out... xbley lame2.... from this place, tbe2 kteorg ternampak ade shopping mall dkt building yg ade kapal tu... skali lagi kami mintak abg Jeff bwk ke situ.... cantik!! tp jage2, dkt tgh2 building tu ade tempat casino terbesar dkt sane.... tp time kteorg pegi tu agak awl... belum gelap lg... so, smpt lg la jln2 dkt shopping mall tu... tanpa gangguan... hehe...

ni lah hasil tangkapan nye.... haih... hehe... actually dri orchard road lg cari, dkt cni bru jumpe... yay!!

dkt cni xlame sgt... sbb hari dah nk gelap... still have a few places to go... hehe... 

 time ni tbe2 abg Jeff terlambat beberapa minit... mayb die tertido lame sket... xpela, kasi chance... ;)

Our next destination was Universal Studios!! hehe... actually xmsuk pun... just jln2 dkt area situ... sobs... the truth is, ticket dah abs awl2 lg... since time tu tgh cuti sekolah... kne book sekurang - kurangnya 3days earlier bru dpt kot...so, dinasihatkn klau nk pegi time peak period, book la awl2 k... plus, klau nk msuk universal studio ni, kne abskn sehari dkt situ bru best... nk di jadikan cerita, bile dh smpai sini, kiteorg kena pndai2 naik mrt (mcm lrt jgk la) utk round sentosa  island ni... the best part was mrt ni free je... but, within certain area jela... dahla xtau ape2... nasib baik free... so smpat la pegi beberapa tmpt... hehe... 

sgt excited bile nampak signage ni.. haha... actually sentosa island ni same owner with genting highlands...

then, kitorang terus pegi mrt station coz we need to go to Imbiah to buy tix for 'SONGS OF THE SEA'. totally have no idea bout d show but dgr2 org ckp best..hee...alhamdulillah we got d tix...d show started at 7.30 p.m. and it ended around 8 p.m....it was superb!..so whenever u get there dun forget to watch d show..i can say dat it is a MUST - WATCH show coz u'll never get to watch dat kind of show here in Malaysia...heee...

b4 d show started...with our schoolmate...currently he's working in Singapore so he dropped by at the Sentosa Island to meet us..tq Chut!

before we left Sentosa Island...rasa x puas sebenarnya coz bnyk lagi tempat x sempat pegi since kaki dh nk tercabut n hari pun dh mlm..hee..but its ok..insyaAllah kalau ada rezeki nak pegi lagi..=)

so dats how my journey from shah alam to jb to singapora ends! alhamdulillah... thanx Allah for giving us the chance to visit these two beautiful places, jb n singapora...we had so much fun there n insyaAllah im planning to visit other places nxt year with my family...NOT to forget special thanx to my uncle,aunty n cousin for the hospitality..=)
