OREO cheesecake =)

D INGREDIENTS:

1. mcvities digestive biscuits ( 1 pack kecil dah mencukupi )

2. 1/2 buku butter

3. 3 sudu kecil gelatin ( i guna brand halagel )

4. satu setengah sudu besar lemon

5. 2/3 cawan gula kastor

6. 250g cream cheese

7. 300ml whipped cream

8. 1/2 pack biskut oreo

CARA-CARA :

1. firstly, tumbuk2 biskut digestive sampai hancur n gaulkan dgn butter yg telah dicairkan. normally, i used mortar n pestle a.k.a lesung batu utk hancurkan biscuits.hik2..=p

2. lpstu masukkan adunan tadi ke dlm loyang n mampatkan sebab nk jadikan base n ltk dlm fridge.

3. then, by using mixer, mix cream cheese n gula kastor

4. bila dah agak2 kembang, masukkan lemon, gelatin n oreo yg dh dihancurkan jgk. ( oreo tu masukkan dgn cream skali tau..so oreo tu x payah la hancur sgt. )

5. dalam bekas yg lain, mix whipped cream sampai dia jadi kembang.

6. campurkan kedua-dua adunan tadi n mix kan.

7. lastly, masukkan dlm loyang tadi n sejukkan.

8. DONE!!! =)

senang je kan...nak tengok hasilnya x???...say yes plzz....heee

alhamdulillah, menjadi jgk my oreo cheesecake...semalam i buat blueberry cheesecake but i rasa oreo ni lg best kot sebab blueberry tu masam ckit..hehe..nanti bile2 i share recipe blueberry cheesecake plak k!

Assalamualaikum n hello everyone!

ok! harini nak citer pasal my dad's bday celebration...actually bday abah 16/12 n kitorg pegi celebrate on d 17th tapi lmbt update sbb niat asyik x kesampaian je...dh beribu kali nak update tapi asyik tertangguh..YES!...harini berjaya hapedate...hehe..

so, memandangkan hubby outstation n siblings yg lain x free so me, abah, mama n adik went out for a dinner to celebrate my dad's bday...mula2, mama n i dah plan nak blanje abah sbb slalu pun abah je yg blanja. since it's a special day for abah both us dah korek tabung awal2 lagi nk blanja abah..ada la kot dlm satu guni duit syiling kami...hehe..ok tipu je! =p...

tapi, last2 skali abah jgk yg nk byr...isk2..x kesampaian niat nk blanja abah...TQ ABAH!...we love u very much...semoga Allah panjangkan umur dan murahkan rezeki abah!..n semoga hidup abah diberkati Allah sentiasa...AMINNNNN!!

so, before pegi restaurant tu kitorg pegi alamanda dulu sbb nak pegi maxis dkt alamanda..do u know that maxis one club offers HTC FLYERS and MOTOROLA XOOM 3G @ rm299 together with signing a 2- year value plus plan...so dengan semangat kesukanan kitorg pun pegi la maxis alamanda nak cari tablet ni tapi sungguh menghampakan sebab dh xde stok..actually, sebelum ni my dad dah cari dkt maxis pyramid tapi hbs jgk..huuu....murah teramat so mesti org berebut2 nak kan...termimpi2 i tau tapi xpe la xde rezeki agaknya...hehe...baru2 ni my dad pegi cari dkt maxis bkt tinggi plak tapi hbs jgk..menangis keluar air mata darah..='(...cet, over btul!....hehe...sadly d offer ends today..31/12/2011....xpe2...sbar alya sbar...pujuk diri sendiri....hehe

oooopppsss...dah terbang jauh sgt ni..nak citer psl bday abah dah melalut sampai ke africa..eyh, ade ke?..alamanda je kot..hehe..so..after pegi alamanda tanpa membuang lemak eyh silap..tanpa membuang masa kitorg terus pegi mamam...yumsss!!!...meleleh ayaq liuq..hehe..=p

for those yg x pernah pegi cni lagi its totally recommended tau...so far dah pegi 2 kali n memang x menghampakan la....n dh jadi abah's fav..hehe...pegi frst time trus jatuh chenta wooo!

ni abah pnya lamb cutlet...super yummylicious...sedap sgt!..no 2 i ske...sbb yg i paling ske dkt bwh ni..hehe

TADAAA!!...short rib...mama pnya...SEDAAAAPPPP!!!...i loooikkee teramat sgt...hehe....

n mine bbq chicken pasta...sedap tapi jd x best mkn sebab pedas terlampau...berasap telinga, hidung semua...sambil mkn sambil nangis sbb pedas...heee...terpaksa share2 mkn dgn org lain sbb i ni mmg x tahan pedas so mmg x bley nak mkn la pasta tu...bila mama rasa pun dia ckp super hot n spicy!..for those yg teramat ske pedas bley la order pasta ni...=)

then we had ice cream for dessert!

abaikan muka yg mcm alien ni....kalau alien jumpa mesti trus mengaku kawan dia....muka excited terlampau dpt mkn ice cream setelah kepedasan teramat..hehe

lepastu kitorg terus pulang dan sambung perjalanan atas katil plak...hehe...pegi dreamland la apa lagi...=p

hehe...actually, one of my friends got married n alhamdulillah i had the chance to meet her on her BIG day...she was so gorgeous in her wedding dress...i love d FOOD very much n d DECORATION was beyond words .....happy for u dear!
